Sille village dates back to 8th-7th century BC. It is an old Roman village. It is one of the early Criastians’ residence with its rock carved churces.

• Aya Elenia Church & Museum Helena the mother of Byzantina Emperor Constantine stopped in Sille during her journey to Jerusalem for pilgrimage at AC327; saw the engraved temples and then she was inspired to construct this church.
• Rock carved Churches and Dwellings
Cave churches like Koimesis Tes Panagias Church, the fading frescoes on their walls and the graves cut into their floors reminiscent of Cappadocia.
• Tepe Chapel ( Milk Church )
The old chapel is now the Zaman Müzesi or 'Museum of Time' and holds a handful of very interesting items all centering on the theme of time. Ottoman clocks, astrolabs and the likes; some genuinely interesting things in the collection.
• The Devil's Bridge
This highly photogenic bridge is definitely worth getting some shots. Ak mosque It was built in 1863 from Ottoman period . it is the biggest mosque of Sille.
